We offer programming for individuals and small groups. We tailor our workouts of the day and combine elements from the following methods to craft a program that will work best for you.
Functional Fitness
Our Functional fitness workouts focus on improving your overall health and wellness by strengthening the muscles you use in your everyday activities. It involves a variety of exercises that simulate real-life movements, such as pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting. By doing functional fitness exercises, you can improve your mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall strength.
HIIT
Our HIIT workouts involve short bursts of intense activity, followed by periods of rest. This style of training is highly effective for improving cardiovascular health, increasing endurance, and burning fat. We use a variety of exercises, including running, cycling, or bodyweight exercises like burpees or jumping jacks for these workouts.
Ninja Training
Ninja training is a style of workout that is inspired by the popular television show, American Ninja Warrior. It involves a series of obstacle courses designed to challenge your strength, balance, and agility. Ninja training is highly effective for improving your overall fitness level, as well as building upper body and core strength.
Endurance Training
We live in an amazing place where we can do many types of endurance based activities. Our coaches will help you balance time in the gym with time outside enjoying the open spaces. At least one day per week doing a longer endurance session can pay huge dividends in overall fitness and can do wonders for you mental health.
Play Sports
We love seeing kids and adults playing sports of all kinds. Why not use your fitness to impress your friends on your next mountain bike ride or soccer game. Some of our amazing athletes play multiple sports and still find time to come in and work on their fitness. Challenge your friends and co-workers to sign up for the next Spartan Race!
