Class at 6:00am Wednesday Morning
Step outside the typical workout and challenge yourself in a whole new way. Our Adult Ninja class blends functional fitness with obstacle-based movement to build strength, agility, and resilience. You'll climb, swing, balance, and jump—sometimes you'll fall, but you'll always get back up stronger. Every class is about progress, not perfection.
